Trivia Royale — Privacy Policy

Trivia Royale ("we", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account & profile: a user identifier (your Apple ID via Sign in with Apple, or an anonymous guest ID), your chosen username and avatar, and (only if you grant it during Sign in with Apple) your name. We do not request your email.
• Gameplay: scores, XP, rank/ELO, streaks, match history, quizzes you create, and your country (derived from your device locale) — used to run the game, leaderboards, and matchmaking.
• AI quiz prompts: text you type to generate a quiz is sent to our AI provider to produce questions.

How we use it

To provide and improve the game: matchmaking, leaderboards, progression, content moderation, and customer support. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

User-generated content & safety

Quizzes, usernames and other user content are filtered for objectionable material and can be reported and blocked in-app. Reported content is reviewed and removed if it violates our terms.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your profile and gameplay data while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email mitsi@uptrail.ai.

Children

The app is rated 12+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
